1) Open the HTML code of the Webpage on which you want to embed the PDF file.
2) Go to the exact location where you want to show it on your webpage.
3) Add the following code :
 <embed src="URL_of_the_PDF_file.pdf" width="550" height="750"></embed>
4) URL of the PDF file be added in the src field. Width and Height can be adjusted according to the display space on your website.

Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini
Temporary, there are no details were given about the event except three cryptic, black and white images(below) and two words: "Galaxy and ATIV. But according to the Wall Street Journal, it is said that rumored Galaxy S4 mini smartphone will debut at the event, alongside several other new products, such as The ATIV product line which is based on Windows Phone OS and a new Galaxy Camera may be debuted too, potentially dubbed the “Galaxy S4 Zoom.
The event will start at 2PM ET on June 20, and it will be live streamed at Samsung's YouTube channel.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3
Now let us back to the topic of Galaxy Note 3. According to the latest news from CNET, Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 could offer more advanced camera. The upcoming Galaxy Note 3 may sport a 13-megapixel camera with an anti-shake feature designed to capture higher-quality pictures.
Korean site ETNews claims that Samsung's mobile communications team is developing technologies to bring OIS (optical image stabilization) and shutter functions to the Note 3, putting it more on par with traditional digital cameras. Samsung is also eyeing a 3x optical zoom but concedes that packing such a camera into the Note would be challenging given the phone's thin design.

At the same time, the newest report out of ZDNet also claimed that the Note 3 will power with Qualcomm’s top tier Snapdragon 800 processor. The 800 is capable of maintaining a 2.3GHz clock rate, while also being reasonable on power consumption. It features Krait 400 architecture, plus the Adreno 330 GPU inside.

These are just our guessing and nothing has been publicly announced. But As soon as we get some more information on the new Samsung Galaxy Note 3, including some actual pictures of the handset, plus full specifications and a launch date we will let you guys know.

AdSense now allow changes to their advertisement code

This QuickTip is about a change to AdSense's policies about modifying their ad code: in short, you are now allowed to change the code in certain way, to achieve certain things.

quick-tips logo
AdSense have announced changes to their "Modifying ad code" policy.

In the past, publishers weren't allowed to change AdSense ads in any way other than what could be done through the AdSense ad-code generator or Blogger's Add-a-gadget / Adsense tools.

Now, however, some changes are allowed, so you can do things like:
  • Responsive design: creating a single webpage that adapts to the device on it’s being viewed on (eg laptop, smartphone or tablet).
  • A/B testing: creating multiple versions of a page and comparing how they are used to see which page is the most effective.
  • Setting custom channels dynamically:
  • Ad tag minification: Enabling your site pages to load faster by reducing the amount of data to be transferred.

In several places, AdSense say that the goals of these changes should be to "maximize ad and user experience" - and most of their Terms and Conditions about what you're not allowed to do still hold, so it's clearly not carte blanche to make any changes you want.

Provided you have enabled a mobile template then responsive / adaptive website design isn't and issue which Blogger users have to worry much about - although there are some things you can and should do.

A/B testing is certainly relevant- and I'll be looking to see how much support their code offers for this.

Right now, I'm not sure how relevant dynamic custom channels and minification are for Bloggers - will be investigating this over the coming weeks.

See AdSense's help-centre article for details and the specific code snippets related to the these types of changes.
