First enable Developer options

1. Goto settings

2. open about device

3. to enable DEVELOPER'S OPTIONS press Build number more than 8
    times

4. After enabling developer options  open it

Settings.
1. Goto developer options scroll down and find {BACKGROUND PROCESS LIMIT} click on it and change almost 2.

2. scroll up and find (Do not keep activities) and turn on it.

3.  scroll up and find (windows animation scale) and turn off this.

4. find (Transition animation scale) and change it to 0.5x.

5. find (Animator Duration scale) and change it to 0.5x.
